Attorney Bio

Dustin Tirpak joined Rothberg Logan & Warsco in 2015. He is a member of the civil litigation practice group, focusing primarily on medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, business and commercial litigation and construction litigation.  In addition, he has previous experience in a broad range of personal injury and casualty defense litigation as well as professional malpractice defense.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington. He achieved his J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2011. Before beginning private practice, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable David J. Avery and the Honorable Stanley A. Levine of the Allen Superior Court.
