Attorney Bio

Andrew Palmison joined Rothberg Logan & Warsco in 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Nancy Eshcoff Boyer and the Honorable David J. Avery of the Allen County Superior Court, Civil Division. Andrew became a Partner in 2015 and practices in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation, construction litigation, banking litigation, creditors’ rights and appellate law.

Andrew has first-chair jury and bench trial experience as well as primary counsel case management experience. His ability to evaluate the complex legal issues facing his clients combined with his practical experience provide him the ability to identify and implement a legal strategy that results in the most efficient and effective resolution of matters for his clients.

Born in Mentor, Ohio, Andrew holds a bachelor degree in political science from the University of Akron and received his J.D., cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law.
